Bio: Claudia “CeeMcee” Clarke started dancing, as a gift to herself after a spiritual retreat to California and since then, it has become her passion. CeeMcee has had the privilege of dancing under world-renowned dancers, historians, and teachers of North African/Middle Eastern dance-Morocco, Tarik Sultan, and Arianna Tiye; and being a member of their professional dance companies specializing in traditional, folkloric, and modern Raks Sharki of North Africa and the Middle East from 2001-2010. She has performed in various venues in Manhattan and Brooklyn, including, Aaron Davis Hall, BAM Café, and Joe’s Pub. This is her first time cheerleading and is proud to be a member of the Gotham Girls Roller Derby Family and a Brooklyn Bombshells Rookie.
